Decent products, slow shipping
I ordered the Plant-Based Laundry Liquid and a Refill Pouch from Arbour. The laundry liquid works pretty well; my clothes felt clean and it doesn't have a strong scent, which I like. However, the shipping took about 8 days to reach me in California, which felt a bit long. Customer service was responsive when I asked about the delay, but it would be nice if delivery was faster. The products themselves are good, though.
